Skin Care Tips and Advice
A good skin care can retard and help rejuvenate old tired looking skin. The skin is a wonderful barometer of our health, and although good skin care will go a far way in helping us preserve youth and vitality, we also need to look after the body to achieve this anti-ageing look.
Everybody comes in contact with dusts and pollutants daily, which leads to a very critical skin problems i.e. looks blotchy, full of wrinkles, sagging skin, and lacking in skin tone and vitality.
Tips for Skin Care
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
- Mix turmeric and cream on the top of milk, massage that mixture to body.
- Use a humidifier to lessen the drying effects of indoor heat on your skin in the winter.
- Mix honey in water and drink daily in the morning to keep your skin shiny and smooth.
- Warm honey and mix with lemon juice and apply on to face. Wash after it dry.
- Always wear a moisturized sunscreen when outdoors, winter and summer. The sun's rays can burn you even if the air feels cool, and sunlight reflected off water or snow can be particularly powerful.
- Take food which contains more A and C vitamin.
- Massage mustard oil to your skin for 5 minutes and have shower with gram flour or mild soap.
- Grind rose petals and mix with cream on the top of milk and apply to your body. Shower after 10 minutes.
